We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Kitchen Worker to join our team. This position if for closing Kitchen member. We close at 1am, and 2am. As a Kitchen Worker, you will assist in the preparation and serving of meals, ensuring a clean and organized kitchen environment. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in gaining experience in the culinary field.
Duties:
- Assist in food preparation, including chopping vegetables, preparing sauces, and marinating meats
- Follow recipes and portion guidelines to ensure consistent quality and quantity of food
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen workstations, equipment, and utensils
- Assist with dishwashing and cleaning duties as needed
- Support the culinary team in menu planning and execution
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of basic food handling and safety practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team
- Basic knife skills are a plus
