Night Club Manager

The Night Club Manager reports to the Director of F&B to provide exceptional service

for the guests, and create a positive and fun environment for our employees. The Venue Manager provides assistance

with training to develop a team that is efficient and hospitable. They are a role-model for our team with their

Operations knowledge and performance of nightlife , and enjoy making the F&B areas function smoothly and efficiently.

 Directly working with the management team in the development, implementation and maintenance of quality

service standards

 Collaborating with the reservations team to create sales

 Creatively engaging with future guests to increase sales

 Ensuring food and beverages are being served in a professional and timely manner

 Monitoring set up and maintenance of department to ensure all side work is complete

 Interacting with guests to ensure a positive guest experience

 Conducting ongoing service training of department associates and assisting in the completion of daily shift

 All other tasks and duties as assigned

 Implementing standard operating procedures.

 Minimum of two years’ experience in customer service.

 Minimum of two years’ experience in Food and Beverage.

 Extensive knowledge of daylife and nightlife operations.

 Excellent telephone etiquette.

 Exceptional guest recovery skills.

 Enjoy interacting with people in a fast paced environment.

 Excellent organizational and time management skills.

 Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

 Must possess a positive attitude.

 Must be willing to participate in a learning environment.

 Must integrate company values throughout all interactions.

 Must be able to quickly adapt to effectively using new software products.

 Must be dependable and available to work weekends, nights and/or holidays based on business demands.
