We're less than 10 minutes from Seattle-Tacoma International Airport. Tukwila station is a six-minute walk away, providing direct links to downtown Seattle. Our property has 242 suites with 7,587 square feet of meeting space and 11 meeting rooms.
This is a part time position working Sunday and Monday nights 11:30pm - 7:30am. This position also acts as the Manager on Duty (MOD) overseeing the operations during these shifts.
A Night Auditor is responsible for overseeing the auditing, posting and balancing of daily financial transactions to support the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.
What will I be doing?
As Night Auditor, you would be responsible for overseeing the auditing, posting and balancing of daily financial transactions to support the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Audit, post and balance daily cashiers' work for outlets including, but not limited to, outlets in Rooms and Food and Beverage
- Ensure credit card system reconciles to daily transaction lists
- Schedule, assign daily work, inform and train team members
- Monitor, observe and assist in evaluating team member performance
What are we looking for?
1 year hotel experience required
previous supervisory and or night audit experience preferred
onQ certifications a plus!

The hourly rate for this position is between $21.50 - $22.00/hour.

Front Office Upselling Incentive Program - Commission based program paid out monthly and is based on upsell generated revenue. Revenue is calculated as time of guest check-out. Upsell revenue includes; room type upgrades, early check-in fee, late check out fees and late cancellation fees. Commission is calculated as follows:
$1-$399 earns 10% commission
$400-$999 earns 12% commission
$1,000 or more earns 15% commission
