Night Auditor

Responsibilities:
- Perform night audit duties including checking guests in and out, reconciling accounts, and resolving any guest issues or concerns.
- Handle phone systems and respond to guest inquiries or requests.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor while providing excellent customer service.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of all night audit tasks and reports.
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment.
- Ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
