- Perform night audit duties including reconciling daily hotel transactions, verifying and balancing entries, and generating reports
- Ensure accuracy of guest accounts and resolve any discrepancies
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs during overnight shifts
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Assist with guest requests and provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
- Monitor security cameras and report any suspicious activity or safety concerns
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
```Experience```
- Previous experience in a front desk or guest services role preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and empathy
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is a plus
- Familiarity with hotel operations and hospitality management principles
- Knowledge of phone systems and phone etiquette
