Night Audit/ Evening Front Desk F

Work a combination of Audit Shifts Midnight to 8 am and Evening Shift 4pm-12am;

We are currently seeking a Night Auditor to join our team at our hotel. The Night Auditor is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions and providing exceptional guest service during the overnight shift. This is a great opportunity for someone with a background in hotel management or hospitality to join our team.

Duties:
- Perform night audit procedures to ensure the accuracy of financial transactions, including balancing accounts and reconciling discrepancies
- Prepare daily reports, including occupancy reports, revenue reports, and guest account statements
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner

-Cleaning back office

-Setting up breakfast as needed

- Gift Shop stocking/ inventory

- Assist with the check-in and check-out process for guests during the overnight shift
- Monitor and respond to phone calls and inquiries during the night shift
- Maintain a clean and organized Front Desk area

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of hotel management systems and phone systems is a plus
