• Hospital
Medical specialties:
• NICU
Schedule:
• Night shift
• 3x12 hour shifts available
• Per Diem and float available
Supplemental pay types:
• Differential pay
• Overtime pay
• Signing bonus up to $30K!
Position Summary:
• Renders individualized, and direct bedside nursing care based on the nursing process and patient needs.
• Assessing, planning, delegating and utilizing independent judgement in directing other healthcare employees for the provision of patient care.
• Evaluates the quality and effectiveness of nursing practice to identify patient goals.
• Participates in hourly rounding.
Ideal Education and Experience:
• RN license in Pennsylvania (or the ability to obtain license in PA upon hire)
• 1+ year in Acute Care experience.
• Must have previous Peds or NICU experience.
• Graduate of an accredited Nursing program.
