NICET IV Engineer (Fire Protection)

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a NICET IV Engineer. As a NICET IV Engineer, you will be responsible for the design, installation, testing, and maintenance of Fire Protection systems. You will work closely with sales and customers to assess their needs, develop customized Fire Protection solutions, and ensure compliance with relevant codes and regulations. Your daily tasks will include conducting site visits, collaborating with project teams, coordinating with contractors, and providing technical support.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Fire Protection system design, installation, testing, and maintenance
• Experience in conducting site visits and assessing Fire Protection needs
• Proficiency in interpreting and applying relevant codes and regulations
• Ability to collaborate effectively with project teams and contractors
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• NICET Level IV certification
• Proficient in CAD
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Experience in the Fire Protection industry
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
