OB SUMMARY: Perform moderate- and high-complexity patient testing in Hematology, Blood Bank, Microbiology, Coagulation, Urinalysis and Chemistry. Perform quality control, troubleshoot analyzer issues and perform analyzer maintenance.

Perform phlebotomy. Complete additional tasks to ensure the laboratory complies with CLIA guidelines. Work collaboratively to provide excellent patient care and customer service.

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology with current ASCP certification, or and Associate MLT degree with current ASCP certification, or compliance with CLIA guidelines for moderate- and high-complexity testing personnel qualifications, section 493.1489
