Job description
- Work Dates Needed: ASAP for 3 months with option to extend
- Preferred Schedule: 9-5 M-F. Night coverage available but not required
- Worksite Setting: Outpatient/inpatient
- Scope of Work:
- General Adult, comorbid addiction disorder
- Call is available but not required
- Time for evals and follow ups? Eval-1hr, f/u 20-30 minutes
- 4-6 inpatients per day and 5-9 outpatients per day
- 3 days covering addictions inpatient service, 2 days coverage in SUD clinic. If board certified opportunity for supervising residents
- Requirements: NY Medical License, BC/BE, DEA
- Credentialing: 90 days
