Job Description:
· Create and implement evidence-based treatment plans for children and families that are ethically aligned with the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis
· Train and supervise behavior technicians and/or Registered Behavior Technicians. Opportunities to supervise BCBA candidates
· Schedule and conduct parent trainings
·Coordinate care with various other personnel including teachers, other school providers, etc.
· Conduct initial and reassessments, functional behavior assessments and create behavior intervention plans
· Monitor and evaluate program data, modify programs based on data analysis, and report on progress/regression using RETHINK
· Provide support to families, behavior technicians, and colleagues using effective communication
· Ensure high quality care and services
Requirements:
· Ability to work via telehealth or in a hybrid model, or in person in Nassau County, Queens, Brooklyn, Manhattan, the Bronx, or New Jersey
· Board Certified Behavior Analyst & NY Licensed Behavior Analyst (for NY cases only)
· Malpractice Insurance
· Experience conducting assessments such as the Vineland, VB-MAPP, ATEC, etc.
· Excellent clinical judgement, problem-solving and organizational skills

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
