Compensation: Uncapped commissions are Paid Weekly. The role is 100% commission and performance based. The average commission payout is $426 per package. The average Sales Representative sells 9.3 packages a month. Monthly sales bonuses range from $750-$2000 Above-average performers represent 50% of our sales teams. Above-average performers range from $71,000-$123,000.
