New Student Enrollment Orientation Coordinator

This position will be responsible for coordination of curriculum for UGEP 102, which serves as the primary training for orientation leaders through the spring semester. This position will also manage the training the week preceding summer orientation. During all New Student orientations (freshman and transfer), this position will oversee the coordination, implementation and execution of all Life of a Husker programming, orientation leader allocations, and orientation leader assessments and evaluations. This position will oversee the recruitment, interview process, and selection of the orientation leader team. This position will oversee NSE social media channels. This position will work independently in curriculum and program execution and training orientation leaders and International Welcome Team leaders. Coordination includes working closely with UNL faculty and staff, NSE student orientation leaders and student staff, parents and current students, and on- and off-campus vendors. The position will require presentations to small and large groups. Occasional night and weekend hours will be required.
