New Patient Coordinator

Smiles for Maine Orthodontics is looking for a warm, positive, outgoing personality and team oriented person with a strong work ethic to join our fabulous team as front desk/New Patient Coordinator. This position requires a person be self-guided, thrives in a fast-paced environment and be reliable. This is a full time position that requires availability Monday-Thursday from 7:00AM-4:30PM.

This job includes, but is not limited to:

- Working and communicating with patients to develop relationships

- Scheduling new and existing patients in our office

- Making sure patients have New Patient paper work completed

- Verifying orthodontic insurance coverage

- Being the point person for phone calls and be able to distribute the phone calls as needed to the correct person

- Be the "welcome wagon" to the office, as you are the first person they see upon entering and the last they see as they leave.

We’re a family-oriented community orthodontic practice. We use the latest advancements in orthodontic technology to provide our patients with the highest quality customer service and care in a warm, welcoming environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 34 per week
