As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will render professional nursing service in the treatment and care of our pediatric patients with a variety of medical complexities. You will consult with the physician and interdisciplinary teams focused on rehabilitation and education to maximize the potential of every patient. All RNs perform duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission and core values of excellence, integrity, compassion, service and stewardship.
Responsibilities
- Performs routine nursing procedures for the comfort, safety and well being of patients
- Documents patient assessments, care planning, intervention and evaluations
- Implements patient care plans and collaborates with interdisciplinary care teams
Education:
Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
Experience Required:
- School Clinical experience required
Licenses/Certifications:
- Registration and current RN license in Oklahoma
- CPR Certification may be obtained upon hire
- PALS Certification may be obtained upon hire
Schedule:
- Offer 12-hour shifts (7am-7pm or 7pm-7am) with a work requirement of every other weekend
Base Pay & Shift Differentials:
Registered Nurse (RN) starting hourly rate begins at $32.24 per hour and increases based on education and experience.
Bethany Children's Health Center also offers shift differentials for working evening, nights or weekend hours. If you were to work those time frames, that amount would be added to your hourly base rate each hour. Approved rates are as follows:
- Weekdays - 3:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m: +$2.75/hour
- Weekdays - 11:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m: +$6.00/hour
- Weekends - 7:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m: +$3.00/hour
- Weekends - 3:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m: +$5.25/hour
- Weekends - 11:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m: +$11.00/hour
COVID-19 Vaccination:
Bethany Children's Health Center requires all employees to be fully vaccinated as a condition of employment unless a documented medical or religious exemption is approved. Being fully vaccinated means that an individual is at least two weeks past their final dose of an authorized COVID-19 vaccine regimen.
To be qualified for employment at Bethany Children's Health Center, all current positions and final candidates must comply with the vaccination requirement or receive an approved exemption.
