Salary Range:  Min. $60,000; Mid. $74,050; Max. $88,100 (Based on the 2022-2023 salary schedule)
  DATE AVAILABLE:            Start of the 2023/2024 School Year  
QUALIFICATIONS:
 
          Required

• Bachelor's degree
• Valid Texas EC-4 or EC-6 certification; or 1-8 Elem with additional Early Childhood certification
• ESL Supplemental or Bilingual Supplemental, required
• Minimum five (5) years of teaching experience on elementary campus with demonstrated success
• Successful experience with managing large budgets

 
         Special Knowledge and Skills

• Experience with the implementation of instructional strategies including sheltered instruction and Early Literacy that promote and enhance the academic achievement of all learners
• Experience and knowledge of implementation with classroom manipulatives and technology
• Expertise in culturally responsive pedagogy
• Experience with the implementation of professional development
• Experience with providing academic and socio-emotional support to special populations
• Experience in developing curriculum activities and TEKS-based assessments
• Ability to analyze campus data
• Demonstrated leadership skills at the campus level
• Ability to work with others
