About the position

• Guides new franchisees pre- and post-opening by advising on brand standards and best practices
• Demonstrates and explains how to understand financial statements, produce finished products, ramp sales, use the training resources available, and how to use the center management software.
• Focus on reducing the time to exceed breakeven by focusing on budgets, expenses, and cash flow to maximize profits; review the "Sales, Profit and Cash Flow Analysis".
• Identify centers that are struggling within 120 days of opening. Develop a plan to change the course in conjunction with Marketing and Sales Development.
• Travel is approximately 50-60% of the time within the US and Canada

• Understands small business and has the ability to have tough conversations when needed

What We Need
Education/Experience

• Bachelor's degree in a business, financial or related field or equivalent work experience
• Google Workspace highly preferred
• Previous experience in a franchise support/coordinator capacity preferred
• Sign, print, or visual communications background preferred
• Strong financial acumen; able to analyze a profit & loss statement and balance sheet
• Valid Driver's License and passport with acceptable driving record and ability to travel internationally (primarily to Canada)
