The New Business Partnership Generator utilizes an existing network, new introductions, business development methodologies, various systems, mediums, and best practices to consistently develop New Business by securing opportunities in the Mississippi Area. The assigned territory includes the Southern Gulf districts in and around Metairie/New Orleans-Louisiana, Baton Rouge-Louisiana, Orange-Texas, Mobile-Alabama, and Jackson-Mississippi. The physical requirements of this position include both strategic and administrative in-office desk work (e.g., conducting analysis, utilizing remote contact methods to generate and follow up on leads and proposals, etc.) and tactical field work by car and foot (e.g., building in-person relationships, regularly visiting and revisiting prospects, securing signed contracts, etc.) to generate New Business Partnerships.
The ideal candidate for the New Business Partnership Generator position demonstrates success in cultivating business-to-business relationships into long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships. The ideal candidate for the New Business Partnership Generator position is a hunter, an individual contributor, and is also able to collaborate effectively at all levels with diverse internal teams, external resources, and perspective client points of contact. This full-time, W-2 position provides an annual base salary of $65,000, eligibility for participation in a robust commissions program, comprehensive benefits for both self and qualifying dependents, paid time off, 401K with company matching, employee discounts, internal and external developmental opportunities, and more.
