Anticipated Procedures/Surgeries per Week Botox, EMG, EEG reads.
Description of Work Assignment: General Neurology outpatient clinic, inpatient and ED consults are needed during office hours.
Location of Work Assignment: NY- Plattsburg (CVPH)
Breakdown of Clinic Days/Sessions and/or OR Days: Monday – Friday (2 sessions per day)
Schedule of Days/Times Needed To Work/ Shift Hours: Monday to Friday 8 – 5 PM

Procedures Provider Will Be REQUIRED To Perform: Botox, EMG
Procedures Preferred: BOTOX and EMG
Patient Load: Varies per day depending on number of new pat
