Position Overview:

Northwest Permanente is seeking a board eligible/board certified Neurologist that is fellowship trained or has commensurate experience in Neurophysiology or Epilepsy. Our new Neurophysiologist/Epileptologist will join a closely connected team of 12 neurologists and 3 nurse practitioners. The team is further supported by RN Care Managers to help answer patient calls and emails.

Our health system is at the forefront of virtual technology, as such, applicants should have experience with telehealth, digital health, or adaptability to incorporate virtual care into their practice. Our Neurologists enjoy a balance of virtual visits which can be done from home if interested as well as in clinic time. Our Team is supported by strong departmental and organizational leadership and appreciates a 1:11 call rotation.

Working for Northwest Permanente, our Neurologist enjoy: $344,000 to $420,000  – Projected Annual Total Rewards Value* 

• Salary: $275,700 to $313,300 depending on experience and qualifications
• 21% employer contribution to retirement programs, including pension (This is not a match; NWP contributes an additional 21% of clinician earnings to retirement programs regardless of employee contribution)

Required Qualifications/Position Description:

• This position will primarily be located out of our Sunnyside Clinic with one day a week at our Westside Medical Specialty Clinic.
• This is a 1.0 FTE position with the opportunity to work a 4/5 day work week and do virtual visits from home.
• There is no stroke call, no weekend, or night stroke call. General neurology evening call from home split between the group currently at Q 10-12.
