Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Proven experience (5+ years) in network management and administration.
- Industry certifications are a plus.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of network protocols, security, and best practices.
- Experience with SASE firewall design, management, and implementation.
- Knowledge of PCI-DSS a plus.
Pay: $90k - $100k per year. Pay rate offered will be based on applicable and relevant skills and experience.

We are currently hiring a Network Manager to join our team at American Food & Food | American Dining Creations. The Network Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and maintenance of the organization's network infrastructure across the United States. This role plays a critical part in ensuring seamless and secure communication across the entire organization while managing a team of network professionals. The Network Manager will collaborate closely with other IT teams, departments, and external vendors to ensure network reliability, performance, and security. The Network Manager position is required to work at the office located at the company headquarters in Liverpool, NY.
Job Description:
- Develop and maintain the organization's network architecture to meet business requirements.
- Ensure network redundancy and scalability to minimize downtime and ensure high availability.
- Implement and manage robust security measures to protect the network from cyber threats and unauthorized access.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and other network equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Maintain comprehensive network documentation, including network diagrams, configurations, and policies.
- Generate regular reports on network performance, security, and capacity.
- Develop and test disaster recovery and business continuity plans related to network infrastructure.
- Ensure the organization's ability to recover from network-related disruptions.
- Ensure network compliance with NIST Standards and PCI-DSS compliance.
