Responsibilities:
- Responsible for provisioning servers
- Racking/Stacking and Server/Storage configurations
- Tracking of Network and server hardware
- Coordination with local site support & vendor to upgrade servers peripheral
- Work on Provisioning tools (EBMP/BMP-PROD)
- Physical Server validation
- Equipment Placement
- IMACs for unrack / rack, hardware installation, cabling requests
- Network Request Forms
Requirements:
- Server Hardware experience (console & configuration)
- Networking Essentials
- Knowledge of WIKI and Tableau
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Pro-active work ethic with the ability to work independently as well as with guidance
- Well organized
- Self-starter & proactive
Desired skills:
- Knowledge of BMC ITSM Remedy
- Knowledge of Client & DELL server configurations
- Knowledge of Tableau
