Job Title: Network Project Manager
Location: REMOTE
Duration: 12 Months
The Premium Support team provides Project Management and Install support to State of CA VoIP customers and acts as the Primary POC for validation that all Installation Activities have been completed. The PS team provides direction to the Telecommunication Field Services Technician(s) or TPV for Installation of Equipment, Deployment of Phones, and Testing of Service.
MUST HAVE SKILLS (Most Important):
- A degree.
- Experience implementing VoIP Communication enterprises.
- Knowledge of MPLS.
- Customer, written, and oral skills.
- Ability to work independently at a customer premise.
- Previous State Government experience.
DESIRED SKILLS:
- Three or more years of relevant work experience with VoIP enterprises.
- Willingness to travel up to 75%.
- A valid Driver's License.
JOB DUTIES:
- Confirm testing of inbound and Outbound calling; Local, Long Distance, 8xx, 411, 911, SIP to SIP.
- Document any issues/concerns during installation and activation, and mitigate these or provide a resolution plan.
- Review of Location Level Features and Call Flow Routing with Customer and perform any Post-Install Tweaking of these features as needed.
- Re-Configuration support of faulty IP Phones, including updating of any errors in Shared Call Appearance or Multi-Line Appearance.
- Review of how to configure basic phone feature configurations with Primary Customer POC.
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors degree or four or more years of work experience with VoIP enterprises.
LOGISTICS:
Shift: Duty hours could be 1st and 2nd shift, depending on client.
