Network Processor

Position Summary:

The Network team reviews filings and takes the necessary steps to upload documents such as (but not limited to) filing evidences to their respective accounts.

Skills and Experience:

• Working knowledge of Outlook, Excel, Word, Adobe and Internet
• Strong research skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Follow rules and procedures as indicated
• Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced work environment
• Be well adapted to pressure and be able to meet deadlines
• Focus and attention to detail are a must
• Ability to contribute to a team environment as well as function independently
• Be able to adapt to changing policies and procedures
• Demonstrate a willingness to embrace the company’s core values

Position Responsibilities:

• Verifies correct and complete documents are received from the state
• Monitors and upload documents located in scanning folder within set deadlines
• Categorize documents

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position, and hours of work and days are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m.
