JD as below: REQUIRED: In depth understanding of Optical, SONET and Ethernet/IP technologies required In depth understanding of Cisco (15454) and Ciena (6500) DWDM Product lines and optical architectures Moderate understanding of Local and Long haul Network Services including: Ultravailable, AccuRing, Local Ethernet, IOC Private Line services, and others required Moderate understanding of LAN, WLAN, WAN technologies Understanding of VPN and Voice service connectivity and resiliency options Understanding of network management capabilities and implementation/operations of complex data environments Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written Excellent Project Management skills with ability to recognize and appropriately escalate all aspects of the project DESIRED: A minimum of 5 years of direct customer facing and customer support experience Strong Microsoft Office skills including Visio, Excel, Word and Powerpoint Extensive knowledge and practical experience in designing and supporting complex voice & data network Kindly approve.
