Years of Experience - 10+ Years in Network Routing and Switching, Security protocol, Firepower, ASA, Cisco ISE, VPN (Remote access VPN, Site to site VPN), Cisco WSA, Cisco ESA.
Soft Skills requirements -
1.Excellent communication and conversation skills (Verbal and Written)
2.Good documentation skills
3.Good working knowledge of MS OFFICE (Including MS Project and Visio)
4. Should have good customer handling skills
Certification requirements -
1.CCNP Security (Mandatory)
2.CCIE Security (Preferred)
3.ITIL Foundation (Mandatory)
Skills required -
Strong Experience in the following:
Core Expertise in Firewalls and Perimeter Security, Firepower, FTD, FXOX, Configuring and troubleshooting.
Hands-on experience on remote access VPN and site to site VPN.
Core Expertise Cisco ISE., Design, configuring and troubleshooting.
Hands-on experience on Cisco Email Security appliance, Web Security Appliance
Core Expertise in Routing and Switching - LAN, WAN & WLAN
Experience in supporting MPLS
Hands-on experience in Supporting Nexus, Catalyst core switches, 6500, and stack switches
Hands-on experience in supporting large Data center switching environments and DR set ups.
Planning and Implementation of IOS upgrades
Strong hands-on Experience in Administration and Troubleshooting issues related to Routing Protocols BGP, OSPF, EIGRP etc.
Expert understanding of switching VLAN, Voice VLAN, VTP, STP, PoE, Ether channel, HSRP, VSS
Strong Experience Cisco Wireless Controllers and WLAN Administration
Excellent ITIL Knowledge Incident, Change, Configuration, Problem Management
Excellent Problem analysis and resolution skills.
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Provide advanced troubleshooting for applications and systems, determining cause and effect.
2. Provide 24 x 7 on call support as part of a scheduled rotation with other team members.
3. Understand and apply advanced system/application administration, management and performance tuning techniques.
4.Assist with day-to-day operation support, performance tuning, disaster recovery and patch/release management of Data network.
5. Review network and security infrastructure suggest and work on improvement plan.
6. Mentors newly hired representatives to ensure a smooth transition from learning environment to daily production environment and may participate in providing formal training.
