The scope of the IT GEMS contract includes a full range of information technology (IT) services which include necessary hardware, software, and ancillary, components to support enterprise-level programs and environments. Support service areas include program management support, policy, procedures, and operations support, IT core services support, security compliance, customer and client services support, transformational IT support, and application migration support.
HOW A Network and Computer Systems Administrator (SIPR) WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
- Supports C.5.3.13 On-Premise SIPRNET Presence (Optional CLIN).Supports the SIPRNet Integrated Processing Node (IPN) and its associated LAN.
- Responsibilities include providing the same level of support our Network and Telecommunications team provides for NIPRNet. Manages and supports the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of the IPN in the Mark Center in Alexandria, VA.
- Ensures the IPN is operational, secure, and meets the performance requirements in the TO.
- Collaborates with the Cybersecurity team in ensuring all required STIGs and security controls are implemented and monitored, RMF A&A is maintained, and any security incidents are properly handled.
- Maintains and manages SIPRNet access for authorized users and continually assesses and manages the level of risk associated with SIPRNet operations and security, ensuring compliance.
- Facilitates access to DISA's Cross Domain Solution (CDS) and ensures proper configuration and security compliance for secure data transfer between NIPRNet and SIPRNet.
- As part of our CSI2 program, identifies areas for improvement in SIPRNet operations, security, and efficiency and implements approved innovations to enhance the overall performance of the SIPRNet presence.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
- Security Clearance Level: Secret
- 5-8 years of experience, BA/BS degree or equivalent years of experience
- Required Certification: IAT III, CISSP or CEH or equivalent, CCNP or equivalent
- Location: Seaside, CA
- US Citizenship Required

The likely salary range for this position is $102,357 - $153,535. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
