The NetSuite Clerk role is part of a post-sales team that provides exceptional service and support to Visory and internal clients. This position will serve as the first line of administrative help for clients with questions about their existing service or adding new services. This role will work on any other initiatives and ongoing projects as assigned in addition to any other duties the Company may assign. This position will report to the Client Success Manager.

- Professionally communicate with coworkers and existing clients to answer incoming billing calls for clients and return sales voicemails
- Processes and updates ConnectWise and NetSuite systems
- Educates our clients on how to self-serve through our website
- Identify solutions to client needs and problems through the addition of new services or the escalation of an issue to the technical support team
- Coach clients to open support tickets themselves
- Interact with clients to answer questions and resolve issues
- Ability to manage side projects and meet deadlines
- Provide detailed reporting and maintain compliance requirements
- Self-starter with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Ability to collaborate and work well with the Client Success team members
- Proficient with NetSuite modules, primarily Suite Billing module
- Proficient with ConnectWise, preferred
- Understanding and experience with billing, payments, accounts receivable
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products
- Ability to work on multiple monitors
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Ability to lift up to 15lbs
