Job Description
How the Software Developer will make an impact:
- Works as a part of an Agile software team utilizing the Scrum framework, providing secure and efficient code to turn customer vision into reality.
- Performs technical troubleshooting to find and resolve application defects.
- Provides complex input to assist in solving engineering problems in the supported functional area.
- Provides functional analysis related to the design, development, and implementation of software systems, including application software, utility software, development software, and diagnostic software.
- Creates and updates Automated Test procedures for both new and existing application functionality.
- Participates in code reviews with junior developers to facilitate transfer of knowledge across teams.
- Utilizes work-tracking software such as Team Foundation Server (TFS), Azure DevOps (ADO), or JIRA to assist in team workflow planning.

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Electronics Engineering or other Engineering or Technical discipline and three years of experience.
- Experience in one or more of the following languages/platforms; C#, Classic ASP, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, Microsoft SSIS/SSAS/SSRS, SQL, SQL Server Database, and VB.NET.
- Experience with Agile Software Development Methodology, specifically SCRUM and KANBAN frameworks.
- Security Clearance – Secret (must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance).
- Certification: IAT Level 1 certification is a must. CompTIA A+CE / Cisco Certified Network Associate Security (CCNA-Security) / Certified Network Defender (CND) / Network+ CE / Systems Security Certified Practitioner (SSCP)) are the required certifications.
