Needing A Full Time Weekly Paid Caregiver

We currently pay a weekly price for someone to keep our 5-month-old, and it is not working out. We need someone either in Tullahoma at their home that does not go out a ton during the day, or someone who comes to our house and is comfortable with dogs as we have 3 large ones but one is crated Full Time. We do not have funds to pay hourly as we have another child in another sister's care and we love her, but she does not take babies.

Prefer first aid/CPR certified and we will call references. We are flexible on start date. We follow safe sleep guidelines and wake windows.

I have all instructions typed for ease of use. We work Full Time and our jobs demand our attendance as we are new to them.
