NEEDED IMMEDIATELY! FULL OR PART TIME – PERMANENT POSITION REQUIRED:

HHA, CNA, LVN, RN

Salary Commensurate With Experience

1. ALL taxes will be taken
2. Work Comp Provided
3. Unemployment Insurance
4. NO overtime pay
5. 12 hours per day Mon-Wed – 6:00 A.M. – 6:00 P.M.
6. 10 hours a day normally on Thursday and Friday – 8:00 A.M. – 6:00 P.M. (unless one of the caregivers has to work)
7. 8 hours a day Saturday and Sunday – 10:00 A.M. – 6:00 P.M.

ALL BACKGROUNDS WILL BE CHECKED

Caregiver does not create own hours. All hours are scheduled. NO split shifts. Also assist with care of 90 year old woman with pacemaker – i.e., do shopping, bring groceries, take to doctors’ appointments at times, take me for a visit to her

Duties and Responsibilities:

• ·       Caregiver for Angela Monroe (Hereby known as “Patient”)
• Must have accurate communication skills in order to communicate with family, other caregivers at shift change (always), doctors (when needed) effectively. Keep accurate paperwork and records so that other caregivers and family can accurately view patient's condition. .  
  • Fall Risk Due to Two Separate Attacks And Rear Ended by Drunk Driver – Three Spinal Surgeries – C3 through C7 and C7 through T3 Spinal Fusion – C6, C7, T1, T2 Laminectomy, Brain Stem through T8 Muscle Dehiscence (Muscle torn from bone),
  • Both Clavicles (at different times)
  • Shattered Ball of Femur
  • Shattered Right Hip
  • Compression Fracture at T11
  • Seizures
  • Neurogenic Orthostatic Hypotension
  • Vasovagal Syncope (periods of unconsciousness)
  • Cervical Vertigo
  • TIA’s
• Take patient to all medical appointments
• Clean House
• Vacuum, mop with Shark vacuum and two Shak steam and solution mops, regular mop
• Cook
• Assist getting house in order from remodel
• Assist with painting (not a requirement) –  and only if you would not mind doing so – you will not be hired as a contractor – some people enjoy painting a
• Assisting with yardwork – not a requirement – but if patient is working on yard, making sure of safety (I grow my own herbs, peppers, vegetables, and some fruit in back and flowers in front
