What You'll Do:
- Provide assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
- Offer companionship, emotional support, and engage in meaningful interactions.
- Assist with meal preparation, ensuring dietary needs are met.
- Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Safely assist clients with mobility, transfers, and exercises.
- Provide transportation for clients to medical appointments and errands.
What We're Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent (CNA or HHA certification preferred).
- Previous caregiving experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassion, patience, and empathy.
- Ability to follow care plans and adapt to clients' changing needs.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (if required).
- Negative tuberculosis (TB) test or willingness to undergo testing.
