Urology:Excellent position for a well-motivated BC/BE Urologist! This hospital employed position is with a 338-bed regional medical center. The hospital has an 18 bed, semi-open ICU. The position has become available due to an increased need for services. The practice has 2 other physicians and a physicians assistant. Clinic and call schedule to be discussed. However, according to the information provided, the clinic and hospital schedule ratio appears to be split evenly 50/50 for ALL providers! A generous base salary and production bonus. Currently, all providers receive $35,000.00 – $40,000.00 wRVU’s. There are other benefits available as well that will be discussed at the time of the interview.
