- Process and interpretation of component condition through Computed Radiography Inspection (CR) and Fluorescent Penetrant Inspection (FPI)
- Responsible for on-the-job training and guidance of Level 1 certification trainees
- Interpretation of applicable codes, standards, and specifications
- Commitment to quality assurance
- Maintain production standards/quality
- General department housekeeping
- Documenting travelers after operations are performed
- Level 2 functions per NAS410
- Regular attendance and punctuality.
- Adhere to and promote Corporate Code of Ethical Standards
- Ensures compliance with Company IPM/QPM and ISO quality requirements along with NADCAP requirements
- Must be able understand, speak, read, and write in English
- Ability to read, interpret blueprints and equipment manuals
- Ability to read, interpret and understand work in-process documents
- Basic math skills
- Attention to detail
- Self-motivated with a high level of ownership and accountability
- Team building skills
- FAA repair station experience (preferred)
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Documented classroom hours as required by NAS410
- Documented OJT hours or equivalent as required by NAS410
- Aerospace maintenance experience or equivalent
