The Cloud Connectivity Group is a team helping pave the way for an iconic Silicon Valley technology company to evolve from a PC-focused business to one that powers the cloud and billions of smart, connected computing devices. We are a research and development powerhouse in the Network & Edge Group, one of Intel's growth engines. In this role, you would be responsible for working with the leadership team and across the organization to innovate and drive new and more effective ways of working while ensuring that the team aligns with strategic priorities, delivers with excellence, and upholds the highest legal and ethical standards.
Key work includes:
- Planning and executing organizational development initiatives.
- Leading cross-team strategic goal setting, metrics and indicators development, and following up to ensure these goals are met.
- Supporting risk and controls activities to ensure that the organization operates effectively within legal and ethical boundaries.
- Supporting effective hiring and employee career development.
The successful candidate will have the following attributes:
- Strategic mindset with ability to develop plans with executable elements.
- Results-oriented, capable of synthesizing and abstracting complex information into clear messages with excellent written and oral communications skills.

Qualifications
Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
What we need to see (Minimum Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, Finance, Marketing, or related field and 7+ years of proven business operations, organizational and employee development or related experience and track record or master’s degree in business administration, Engineering, Finance, Marketing, or related field and 5+ years of proven business operations, organizational and employee development or related experience and track record.
How to Stand out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Strong understanding of diverse domains: organizational and employee development, finance, strategy, risk and controls, and business operations.
- Familiarity with Ethernet networking and/or silicon engineering.
- Project management experience.
- Experience with standards including ISO.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, California: $131,841.00-$210,951.00
- Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience
Working Model
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
