National Sign Coordinator

SUMMARY
Assist the Sign Manager in the day to day operation of the AutoZone New Store Development Sign Program. This will consist of ensuring code information has been received prior to scheduled project pre-con dates, tracking key project dates, and keeping them current in DEV, preparing all purchase orders based on quotes reviewed by sign manager, submitting all invoices for payment once approved by sign manager, assist sign manager in the preparation of RFI and RFP used in the annual rebidding process of the sign program, and prepare spreadsheets for review and analysis by sign manager after the bidding process has completed.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• For each project that is scheduled for pre-con exchange confirm the code allowed signage analysis has been furnished by the sign vendor for that project and is on hand prior to the scheduled exchange date
• Prepare and manage the RFP pricing process and results
• Track all key project dates and keep them current in DEV
• Prepare all purchase orders for review by sign manager
• Submit all invoices for payment once approved by sign manager
• Assist sign manager in the dissemination of any material needed to be sent to others within the Store Development organization
• Assist sign manager in the preparation of documents used in the annual rebidding process of the sign program

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
An associate degree (two-year program) or equivalent formal training program.
Two to three years of Project Management, Business Management, Design / Construction, Experience
Special Certifications or Technical Skills: Must be proficient with navigating Microsoft Windows and possess medium to advanced skills in Microsoft Outlook, Adobe, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Power Point & Word - Access is a plus. Cognos/Corsa (or equivalent reporting software and Microsoft SharePoint experience a plus.
