The Director role involves guiding our team of managers, supervisors, and associates to consistently deliver five-star service to our residents and members. A background in senior housing and expertise in hospitality are key attributes we are looking for in our ideal candidate.

What you will need for this position:
- Culinary arts degree or Bachelors’ degree in hospitality, hotel, restaurant management or equivalent
- 5 years minimum high-volume dining management experience with multi-site responsibilities or equivalent
- Fine dining experience
- Establish an environment of continuous improvement by reviewing guest feedback and comments.
- Specialized dining experience
- Seniors housing experience
- Strong financial acumen
- Microsoft Office suite proficiency
- On-line e-commerce systems, point of sale systems, menu systems proficiency
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Able to communicate with associates and residents of all levels.
