The
National Account Manager -
Family Dollar is responsible for building a win/win plan to profitably grow our business with
Family Dollar. You will manage
Family Dollar Customer to deliver BCS, profit and dollar share results for assigned Clorox Business Units. They lead the cross-functional team against our businesses and collaborate with the cleaning BU (business unit) to drive breakthrough growth.

In this role, you will:
Engage our people as Business Owners: Manages, coaches and develops direct reports as appropriate. Develop individual capabilities to promote growth.
Drive the Business: Work to meet or exceed BCS Targets, increase share of shelf sustainably by ensuring items have velocity holding power, deliver fair share (based on revenue) of trade efficiency, grow overall dollar share of brands
Customer Planning & Development: Leverages Category/Consumer understanding and Insights to drive Category strategies/initiatives. Deliver strategic long-term planning and subsequent customer JBP that has 18month - 3 year plans which outline growth through assortment, promotion, price, placement, and personalization
Build Capability to Drive Growth and Eliminate Waste: Uses appropriate systems and tools, and proactively manages Trade Funds within guidelines.
Demonstrate strategic thought leadership both internally and externally and deliver with executional excellence: Ability to provide direction and clarity to the cross functional team on what is required to deliver below and above. Define what success is at the retailer. Understand what is required in terms of resources. Develop mitigation plan for competitive threats. Own and manage direct customer relationship

Workplace type:
This role will be required to sit out of EST or CST time zone. Currently, not accepting candidates that reside out of these time zones. If within 50 miles of a Clorox Hub, you will be required to be in office 3 days a week.

Based on the breadth of our ranges, most new hires will start at Clorox in the first half of the applicable range. Your starting pay will depend on job-related factors, including relevant skills, knowledge, experience and location. The applicable salary range for every role in the U.S. is based on your work location and is aligned to one of three zones according to the cost of labor in your area.
–Zone A: $121,900 - $240,100
–Zone B: $111,700 - $220,100
–Zone C: $101,600 - $200,100
