Nanny/Housekeeping

Job Overview:
The Baby Hive is seeking a nurturing and energetic Family Assistant to assist with a growing family in Sandy, Utah by providing care for two children, with a baby on the way in June. We're looking for someone who can create a trusting and fun environment, where the children eagerly anticipate spending time with the assistant. You will be working alongside and in coordination with the mother in the evenings and on Saturday mornings.

Start: May 1st, 2024

Schedule: Evenings Thursday, Friday 4-8pm and Saturdays 9am - 1pm

Responsibilities:

• Engage in playtime and exploration activities with the children.
• Teach and encourage the children to clean up after themselves.
• Provide patient and disciplined guidance.
• Collaborate with the parents to ensure a smooth and enjoyable childcare experience.
• Help with general cleanup at the end of each day.

Requirements:

• Non-smoker/vaper.
• Up-to-date on annual flu and T-dap vaccinations.
• Demonstrated patience, kindness, and discipline.
• Energetic and enthusiastic about playing with young children.
• Ability to work 12 hours per week, preferably Thursday to Saturday, for 4 hours per day.
• Commitment to guaranteeing weekly hours.

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
