Job Description:

Are you passionate about caring for children and providing a safe, nurturing environment? We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nanny/Babysitter to join our family and assist with childcare duties.

Responsibilities:

• Provide attentive and loving care for children in the absence of their parents.
• Create a stimulating and safe environment for play, learning, and development.
• Prepare and serve meals and snacks according to dietary restrictions and preferences.
• Assist with light housekeeping tasks related to childcare, such as tidying up play areas and washing children's dishes.
• Engage children in age-appropriate activities, including reading, arts and crafts, and outdoor play.
• Follow established routines and schedules for meals, naps, and bedtime.
• Monitor children's health and well-being and communicate any concerns to parents.
• Maintain open and positive communication with parents regarding the children's activities, progress, and behaviour.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a nanny, babysitter, or childcare provider.
• Valid CPR and first aid certification preferred.
• Excellent references from previous employers.
• Ability to create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable, responsible, and punctual.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and occasional overnights as needed.
• Comfortable with pets (if applicable).

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $12.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week

Schedule:

• After school
• Day shift
• Holidays
• Monday to Friday
• Night shift
• On call
• Weekends as needed

Experience:

• Nanny/Babysitting: 1 year (Preferred)

Ability to Commute:

• Orlando, FL (Preferred)

Work Location: On the road
