Ø Greet clients professionally and with a smile
Ø Explain the services we are providing and confirm the services with client(s) (always have menu with you)
Ø Let receptionist know if they upgrade their service as each service has different time
Ø It’s a preference that you take the nail polish for the clients to avoid do not drop or “accidently” take the bottle.
Ø Lead clients to their chair and help them to adjust the chair and water until they are comfortable
Ø Offer clients drink. If they would like alcohol, let receptionist know.
Ø Evaluate toes/ nails conditions. Consult the clients on the services/ treatment if needed.
Ø Let the Manager on site know if there is any concern regarding their nails condition.
Ø It’s a preference to communicate with the client about the price before you start the services.
Ø Execute the services as instructed/ described.
Ø Try to not bother clients but also ensure to confirm with clients on each step you perform i.e the length, the color etc.
Ø Be mindful of time frame for each service (not earlier or later than 15 min). The timeframe is generally stated on the menu
Ø Give clients your ticket with your name and price (if the ticket isn’t written/ given, the service is potentially mischarged by the receptionist and you are likely to lose commission)
Ø Thank clients with genuine appreciation
Ø Make sure the clients check out with receptionist and remind them to make appointment, and let them know if any new promotions or services are starting soon (if you are aware of any)
