Musician/Worship Leader

As a Worship Leader, you’ll get to lead and build a worship culture our church. This is an opportunity to use your musical gifts to inspire and uplift others.

Responsibilities:
- Lead worship services by selecting and arranging songs, leading the congregation in singing, and playing musical instruments
- Create and maintain a diverse repertoire of worship songs that align with the church's vision and values.
- Mentor and develop other musicians and vocalists within the worship team. Help to recruit, train, and develop new worship department members for the campus.

- Collaborate with the pastor and other church leaders to plan and coordinate worship services
- Educate the congregation on the meaning and significance of worship through teaching and communication
- Foster an environment of spiritual growth and connection through worship
- Ensure that all technical aspects of worship, such as sound, lighting, and visuals, are well-coordinated and enhance the worship experience

Requirements:
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others
- Proficient in playing at least one musical instrument (e.g., guitar, piano, drums)
- Excellent vocal skills with the ability to lead congregational singing
- Knowledge of various music styles and genres suitable for worship services
- Ability to effectively communicate the message of each song to engage the congregation
- A deep understanding of worship theology and its role in spiritual formation
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to plan and coordinate worship services
- Flexibility to work on weekends and evenings as required for rehearsals and services
