Janitorial/ Custodian

Housekeepers

GUEST SERVICES

The Guest Services Representative ensures that all festival guests have an enjoyable and safe experience. This individual will serve as guests' primary point of contact, providing them with assistance and information as needed. (Job duties not limited to)

• Provide exceptional customer service to guests by answering questions, providing directions, and addressing concerns in a friendly and professional manner
• Distribution of maps and other relevant materials
• Guide guests to appropriate campsites and locations grounds
• Coordinate with staff, security, and emergency personnel to address any issues that arise, including lost and found items, medical emergencies, and security concerns
• Monitor grounds for potential safety hazards and report any issues to appropriate personnel

JANITORIAL

The Music Festival Janitorial/Custodian is responsible for ensuring that the festival grounds are clean and well-maintained throughout the event. (Job duties not limited to)

• Clean and sanitize all restrooms, showers, laundry rooms, pool/ eating area, and public areas including toilets, sinks, tables, and floors
• Collect and dispose of trash and recyclables from campgrounds, including restrooms, food and beverage areas, and seating areas
• Sweep and mop floors in festival areas as needed
• Ensure that all cleaning equipment and supplies are properly stocked and maintained
• Respond to cleaning emergencies, such as spills or other messes, as quickly as possible to minimize disruptions to guests

HOUSEKEEPER

The RV Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment in recreational vehicles (RVs). This includes ensuring that all areas of the RV are clean and tidy, including living areas, bedrooms, and bathrooms. (Job duties not limited to)

• Clean and sanitize RV living areas, bedrooms, and bathrooms
• Change linens and make beds
• Restock supplies such as toilet paper, towels, and soap
• Report any maintenance issues or damage to RVs
• Communicate effectively with RV owners and management
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

REQUIREMENTS

• MUST have great customer service skills
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions

This is a seasonal position, with work typically concentrated around the dates of the MUSIC FESTIVAL

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Afternoon shift
• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Weekends as needed
• Weekends only

Work setting:

• In-person

Ability to Relocate:

• Coachella, CA: Relocate before starting work (Required)
