Music Distribution Administrator

Label Engine was founded in 2008 with a single purpose: to reduce the number of time-consuming tasks involved in growing and operating a successful record label. Since being acquired by Create Music Group in 2015, LE has gained a reputation as one of the most efficient distribution platforms in the industry and has become a household name among artists, managers, and label owners worldwide. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support administrative metadata tasks by ensuring metadata is correctly received from labels
• Provide client support including but not limited to answering all service inquiries and digital release support
• Work with DSPs through various communication channels to solve ingestion and delivery issues

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field
• 3+ years of customer service experience
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong understanding of DSPs (Spotify, SoundCloud, iTunes/Apple Music, Pandora, Tik Tok, YouTube, etc.)
• Customer service/CRM experience (e.g. Intercom, Zendesk, etc.)
• Ability to organize large amounts of data efficiently
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong time management skills

PAY SCALE:

• $20.00 - $22.00/hour
