```Overview```
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Gas Manager to join our team. As the Gas Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our gas station operations. This is a key leadership role that requires strong managerial skills and a deep understanding of the retail gas industry.

```Responsibilities```
- Manage day-to-day operations of the gas station, including supervising staff, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability, including setting prices, monitoring market trends, and analyzing sales data
- Create and manage budgets, including forecasting expenses and revenue, and making adjustments as needed
- Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accurate stock levels and minimize shrinkage
- Train and mentor staff on customer service best practices, product knowledge, and sales techniques
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of fuel and other products
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and technologies to identify opportunities for improvement

```Requirements```
- Previous experience in retail management, preferably in the gas station or convenience store industry
- Strong knowledge of retail math principles, including budgeting, pricing strategies, payroll management, and cash register operations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead a team and interact with customers
- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to make informed business decisions
- Proficiency in interviewing, hiring, training, and evaluating employees
- Knowledge of safety regulations related to fuel handling and storage
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
