Multiplatform Editing Summer Intern

The Dallas Morning News Summer Internship application process is now open through Friday, November 3, 2023. The Dallas Morning News, is hiring for a Multiplatform Editing Intern. As news breaks faster, it's important to get it right, and copy editors are crucial to that process online and in print.

Multiplatform interns edit stories on deadline for accuracy, clarity, style, spelling and grammar for the print and digital publications, as well as write headlines appropriate for each platform. There are also opportunities to learn layout design on the news desk. Applicants should send eight published clips or links.

Clips may be reduced, but must be legible, or the application will be rejected. A cover letter and resume with references are required with all applicants.
