Job Description
BAE Systems is seeking a Multimedia Visualization Specialist for a Defense Department contract at Quantico, VA. This Specialist will provide graphic design, produce wargame support products, and develop visualization products. The candidate must be a US citizen and currently possess a minimum Secret security clearance, and be able to obtain a TS/SCI clearance.
The Specialist will conduct computer-based graphic design to create logos, maps, icons, and briefing art in support of wargame planning and development. The candidate should have demonstrated proficiency with software included in the Adobe Creative Suite to include Photoshop, Acrobat Pro, Illustrator, and In-Design.
The Specialist will produce electronic and hardcopy graphic products to include briefings, wargame maps, tokens, posters, reference sheets, etc. The candidate should have experience with Microsoft Vizio, PowerPoint, plotters, poster printing, and lamination.
The Specialist will take complex information and present it in Multimedia Visualization and information graphics. This could be in the form of tables, charts, diagrams, 3D renderings, animations, videos, etc. These visualization information graphics will help decision makers make sense of complex wargame information and results. The candidate should have experience and work samples demonstrating their ability to translate complex information into easy to understand visualization graphics and multimedia products.
The ideal candidate for this position is creative, technically expert, and can process complex ideas. The candidate must have excellent communication skills, and be able to translate other people’s ideas into multimedia graphics. The subjects for projects will vary greatly, and the candidate must be a quick learner and be adaptable. Experience or knowledge of the military is a plus, but not required.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
- Demonstrated proficiency with software included in the Adobe Creative Suite to include Photoshop, Acrobat Pro, Illustrator, and In-Design.
- Experience with Microsoft Vizio, PowerPoint, plotters, poster printing, and lamination.
- Experience and work samples demonstrating their ability to translate complex information into easy to understand visualization graphics and multimedia products.
- Experience with video editing and production.
- Must be a US citizen and currently possess a minimum Secret security clearance, and be able to obtain a TS/SCI clearance.
- BA/BS in related field.
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
- Experience working with Department of Defense classified Information Technology systems and networks
- Experience or knowledge of the military is a plus, but not required.
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $69190 - $117590
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
