This position works closely with the Multimedia Production Specialist, the Advertising Manager and the Marketing team to produce highly visible print, videos, and digital display designs. As an experienced designer, this position creates marketing messages across a variety of formats and media, assuming a variety of roles including producer, videographer, photographer, editor, project manager, graphic designer, and motion graphics designer, and staying current with the latest multimedia trends and technologies.

Responsibilities:
- Develop complex graphics, videos, logos, animations, and designs for marketing assets, including but not limited to: print, digital signs, promotional videos, collateral materials, promotional assets, direct mail pieces, and web graphics.
- Determines size, color scheme, arrangement of illustrative material and copy. Select style and size of type and arranges layout based upon available space, utilizing knowledge of layout principle and aesthetic design concepts.
- Serve as videographer and photographer for the casino.
- Maintain approved brand standards across all mediums.
- Coordinates all materials are produced and installed in an efficient and professional manner.
- Maintain current working knowledge of all graphics software options and capabilities.
- Organize and maintain digital creative assets such as: original working files, logos, photos, video/audio files, etc.
- Create, schedule and program content for casino video distribution system, ability to effectively use digital signage software similar to Bally’s Cool Sign.
- Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
- Preference is given to qualified Santa Ana Tribal Members.
- Associate’s degree or its equivalent and two to four years of experience in the field or in a related area.
- Excellent computer skills and knowledge, with an emphasis in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite including: Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, PremierPro, After Effects, and Audition.
- Solid understanding of printing processes and materials, production and installation techniques, and various media formats.
- Ability to prioritize assignments, execute tasks with total accuracy and attention to detail, and excellent communication and organization skills.
- A smartphone capable of running company applications and communication systems is required. If a smartphone is not provided by the company, a candidate or employee may be provided a smartphone of the company’s choice, through a payroll deduction program.
- All employees are required to proficiently use a smartphone for company applications, email, and text.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Pueblo of Santa Ana Gaming and Regulatory Commission key gaming license.
