Position Overview
The mission of the Multimedia Content Creator is to help create epic content for all customer-facing media channels. The ideal candidate for this position knows how to capture impressive footage, both still and motion, and has an extensive background in video editing and motion graphics. They are well-versed in lighting, audio, and basic art direction. The Multimedia Content Creator will work under the direction of the Creative team to help capture eye-catching content paired with unreal edits and motion graphics.
Key Result Areas (KRAs)
Contribute to strategic and creative brainstorms for future content:

• Work with the Creative team to establish campaign objectives, complete tasks, and identify and solve problems related to content creation
• Assists with the evaluation of business needs and goals to implement, enhance, and/or support content creation
• Coordinate with the Marketing Team to stay aware of present and future content needs throughout Dutch Bros
• Stays up-to-date on consumer trends to deliver relevant and competitive creative content

Support Dutch Bros teams with digital media content through the guidance and approval of the VP of Creative:

• Captures Video/Photo content and edits to completion for projects assigned through the VP of Creative
• Coordinates with creative personnel, marketing, and other graphic professionals to gather information and materials needed for editing/motion graphics
• Utilizes content creation software, including Adobe Cloud (with expertise in Premiere, After Effects, and Photoshop) and similar software tools
• Produces established content that matches company values, brand, and mission

Provide multimedia design operations support:

• Collaborates with outside vendors as needed
• Maintains files of projects
• Arranges for the repair and maintenance of supplies and equipment

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or Digital Media, or 4 years of comparable experience, required
• Established media portfolio, demonstrating proficiency in editing and motion graphics as well as still photography
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, with an emphasis on video editing and motion graphics
• Ability to work independently with little supervision
• Excellent time-management skills
