We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team to cover the north Alabama territory.
Forbus Blinds and Screens, LLC seeks to hire a Sales Representative with an extensive background and experience in apartment multi- family, student, or military housing for our North Alabama territory.
A generous compensation and commission package is offered to the qualified candidate. Like much of The Rocket City, we are experiencing explosive growth, fueled by a 25+ year reputation for supplying quality
blinds and screens exclusively to our apartment, and student/ military housing customers.
We only sell blinds and screens to apartments; and we do it better than anyone else in the USA.

As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products to potential apartments customers. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong relationships in the Multifamily industry
```Responsibilities```
- Identify and target potential customers through cold calling, networking, and referrals
- Conduct product demos and presentations to showcase the benefits of our blinds and screens.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new sales opportunities
- Meet or exceed sales targets on a regular basis
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for achieving sales goals
```Requirements```
- Previous experience in multifamily
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
